Yeah, from what I am seeing, I could sell my house and just about buy two nice ones there and have them paid free and clear with just off of what I would make on selling my house. Housing in my area sky rocketed over the last couple of years... + 100,000- 150,000 increase per year since I bought this last house in my neighborhood.

Hey do a lot of people have pools in their yards there???

Everyone seems real positive on Vegas... I guess I am going to fly out on the weekend of the 4th or 11th of March and check it out without doing any work or anything.

 

And how about smog testing... I heard it is worse than CA... every year tests... Do they do a visual or is it just a sniffer...

And do they dyno/roller it???
