I gave teddyrx2 the track number so you can ask in detail what the track officials at Speedworld deem as what passes tech and what doesn't. Off the the top of my head, here is some of the standard stuff they look for when inspecting vehicles at tech that I remember.

Vehicles must have working headlights and tail lights, no cracks or chips in the windshield, working seat belts, working brakes, each tire has to have all lug nuts on and no leaks of any kind emitting from the vehicle.

12.99 or faster must have roll cage, a scatter shield and driver needs a helmet.

10 or faster must have parachute and fire proof race suit.

I hope this helps but, please call the track to find out what they look for when inspecting as they are the experts in that field.

 

12.99 or faster needs a roll cage? Wow, that's strict. Wish we had that kind of event out here. Looks like fun even if you're not into cars.
