we actually have a good crew, its not just me. we've also taken menlo from rock bottom, to near profitability, in about a year, so we have a goal.

everyone in the parts & service side has some kind of MAZDA racing experience too

depends on the job position, and experience. basically our techs make about what they would be making everywhere else, or maybe a little more. i dunno about our writers, the pay plan is complex, its incentiviesed, and bonused.

dunno about parts people, its just crazy ralph and i at the moment

 

I'd have more posts if the West Region posts counted for anything.

 

I probaby should have just bit the bullet and worked for that company in Vegas... Just didn't want to leave NorCal for the desert.
