I know it was such a pain, luck of parking and traffic!
Our friend got stock in traffic too,
But not this year, because no carnival ship will arrive on Saturday!
Organizer says more tickets windows, and also just in case free bus access from a parking across the bridge.
Especially to see both #55/#56 787B lets go.

Was a very good show, even though it rained on us a couple times early in the morning - - automatic spot-free rinse.
Strong rotary representation. & another plaque for mah mantle!

I have some photos from the event (sadly my camera has some issues with the power unit and is really hit or miss when it comes to functioning for the whole day): http://sarahbantay.wordpress.com/2011/09/11/jccs2011/

Nice pics. and an awesome show as always with lots of beautiful cars and bikes too! My car was registered to be there (#215), but unfortunately had ignition issues the morning of and was bummed to say the least! But that didn't stop me from going. I still made it out to the event and had a blast! Oh and ofcourse I didn't forget my goodie bag! Hahaha...

Haha! Congratulations to Steve. Cool guy. I was parked right next to him at the show. I had a great time and thanks for posting up those pictures. Hopefully I can attend next years JCCS in a seven.

I was happy to take home 3rd-place RX-7 for a second year running.

This black 85 with a Turbo-II swap took second-place RX-7; beautiful car, amazing conversion work - - scooped hood looks factory, but is actually welded up from a 1-gen hood and a 2nd-gen hood section. Properly obsessive owner.

This silver GSL-SE snagged first-place RX-7. Extremely clean car, wonderfully original engine and interior.

Placing behind cars this excellent is no dishonor, in my book - - I was proud to finish in the money.

Congratulation Divin Driver! Thats a great looking first gen. I took 3rd place as well for AE86 this year and second place last year. I am really proud of what I have accomplished disregarding what place I end up with.
here are some pics from this past weekend's JCCS at the Queen Mary in Long Beach. For more pics, check here: Full JCCS Pictures
