hey! I tried the coil with no luck. Went through the whole shortside harness and found that one of the main relay plugs was disconnected! Connected it and it worked! I couldnt believe that was my problem the whole time

I pulled the oil pan, jasons penus drawings was still there. Pulled the water pump housing, alt, and front cover. Swapped everything over to the new front cover rx7nos gave me. Now I gotta go to class. When I come back I gotta seals up the oil pan and bolt the motor mounts then done.

okay everything is back on.. Just waiting for the rtv to dry over night.. Probably will get fresh oil as well.. The oil I drained was pretty dark for only 20 miles of driving lol

SO THIS morning I drove the fc to Lucky 7 . Tony the wiring master found out the primary front rotor injector clip was bad[had no current]. I guess I was driving on one rotor this whole time, which explains that lawn mower engine sound. I bought a pair of new injector clips from Fris, I wired them on, and started. Ran so nice. Sounds like race na motor lol. Sweet na.
Car is running so cherry.. So far Im 50 miles into break in on the fresh rebuild.

I cant believe me and Jason built a great engine..

The dk/Poo motor runs awesome.

Its pretty loud..

damn.

I cant believe this still.

So sweet.

next up I need to bolt in the oil presure sensor to the racing beat oil filter sandwich. Wire up the oil pressure sensor, and everything in the cluster will be functional.

Here is the setup.. Kinda bizzare.. But works and runs cherryy

s4 and s5 t2 housings
s4 na rotors
? eshaft
reused side seals and corner seals
2 piece apex seals oem mazda
New apex seal springs
new 93+ corner seal spring
new side seal springs
Rotary aviation o ring kit
water seals
Rotary aviation viton oil ring seals
front and rear main seals from aviation
s4 t2 water pump and housing
s4 na manifolds
street port+ ported exhaust ports [Me and jason just cleaned the ports]
black magic efan
new clutch
rb headers
rb full exhaust
Jacobs ignition rotary pro pack
msd coils

Its weird how it works with s4 and s5 housings ??
The front iron top oil was tapped. It looks like this used to be a 6 port turbo setup..?

There was a vegas rotary sticker on the rear windshield.

anybody have any info on Jacobs Rotary ignition pack?
I guess Im going to try and get it registered soon..

Me and Daniel can rebuild your engine! Just gather all the parts and tear it down clean it.. We can have it assembled in 2 hours being lazy and sleepy. We build on a bucket.. lol

Damn daniel your a brave soldier driving the FC to lucky7 lol. Unless you towed it which would make a lot more sense...

Im not sure why either, Ive heard that it helps with compression a little. And i have a new strip of the rubber plug.. Idk maybe I was lazy haha. Ive also heard alot of people build their engines without them.

The only people that leave them out are the Bridgeport engine's b/c they would fall out anyways. and THEY DO help with STARTING when they are INSTALLED, not left out.
