I'm selling my non-runnning 1988 Turbo II
Alright guys...
I have to sell my non-running 1988 Turbo II. It is white (non-Anniversay edition). Has blue interior. THE ENGINE IS BLOWN.
I bought the car as a rolling chassis. The car sustained front end damage (needs a new front bumper) and some lower damage along the passenger side (from hitting a pole or something?). The hood is damaged because the hood latch had failed...so the numbnut used a pry bar to open the hood. I have replacement fenders to bolt onto the car...as this was my project car.
UNFORTUNATELY, I've come to the realization that I don't have the time to build it. Therefore I am selling it.
I am selling it for $800 as a rolling chassis. The interior is relatively good (minus the cat hair).
Even if you decide to part out the entire car...you will definitely make more than the cost of this vehicle. I just don't have the time nor the space to do this.
I'll post pics up soon.
I also have a S5 ecu, intercooler, engine wiring harness, and AFM that I was going to use for a S5 engine conversion.
Again, I'm selling for $800. I want this out of my garage soon...

All parts are there. I did not strip the car. I may have tried to remove/replace certain body panels (front end)...but I did not strip the car. If you do an engine swap...it will run.

PM me an address
where I can go check it out. Curious at the least.
Also, regarding "THE ENGINE IS BLOWN", what is the story behind that conclusion?

sure. come over and play. better play good. on the other hand, why dont you lend me some. you won last sunday.
Sounds like a good deal except Im not into new school. Im just too old to change
that's weird... for us, FC's are not old school even if it was mid 80-90's, but then a '89 honda CRX/hatch is considered as one? wtf is up w/ that. maybe it's just old school in their own brand name i gues...
lol, k lets see, ill play for you and give u my winnings from playing. just spot me my buy in and we'll be ok. i didnt even wanna play those nights but got bought in by someone else and won. so if u buy me ill give u my winnings and u get me the car
