Nelson's at RRR off of Beach Blvd and Warner

Mine was tuned by Glenn 'Mazpower' Price. He's out in Palm Springs - car's been beat down a track, in a crash, and motor still runs like a top. Part of it is Frisili's handiwork though

I just don't wanna throw down $400+ for Kan, then pay the dyno place on top of that.

I am interested in a norcal tuning session that won't run me $400, since my car is a non-turbo. Subscribed.

who do you guys use locally in socal for anything higher than 15psi? another member and I have been looking into tuning for our cars higher than 15psi, and we are having no luck. this includes neptunespeed, koji that used to be at xs, nelson at rrr, etc... they all say 15psi is max psi. i've always understood it to be 15psi is max on pump gas, but they all tell us that even with ai, its not safe to go higher. koji wont even touch my buddies car, he hasn't tuned a rotary in a long time apparently. its hard to find a good pfc tuner in socal.

Well if these tuners are telling you that its not safe then maybe you should take their word for it. IMO if your gonna keep looking around for a tuner that is going to tell you what you want to hear just so that they can take your $$$ then i believe that is going to lead to a world of headaches. I would take their years of combined first hand knowledge into serious consideration. BTW Koji doesn't tune rotarys on a regular basis because he doesn't work at rotary specialty shop, yet if you present him with reasonable demands he will tune your car. He is not the type to toss a car on the Dynopack without doing a thorough run though of the cars operating functions. Have you spoke with him over the phone or in person? Best wishes!

Wind chaser, I wasn't looking to get my ears tickled or anything like that. if a tuner doesn't want to tune a car then they should tell u why they are uncomfortable tuning it correct? That's more than I can say for all these guys but glen. He took the time to talk me through my setup so I can be safe at what boost I want. Yes I spoke with koji. He didn't want to touch a rotary period...

Your totally right. If I was in your shoes id feel the same. So all 3 of them didn't really justify why they didn't want to tune your car? Anyways keep us posted on how your tune is gonna go down as I and many others would love to hear about your setup.

I'm on a Glenn street tune running 15psi on 99spec twins and 100% meth injection.
