Hey guys, just thought I'd give a heads up for next weekend April 23 the IDRC will be holding a drag racing season opener event at Fontana dragway(california speedway.) We need as many people there racing and supporting the rota. I will be racing my RX2 and there are many others coming. Hope to see you guys out there racing, watching, chillin. We need to support these events before they shut them down. Lets get out there and race.

I have heard there are some bad *** Toyota's that are going to crash the event. Might want to keep the rotaries in doors so the don't get hurt.

Better run deep in the 9's if you want to play that weekend.

Wacky is just upset because he thought 2nd place on drag racing was still a good finish.

Last I heard this was still a rotary forum. But you never know. I think most people have a relaiable car they post about too. LOL!! J/K

I hope some more old schoolers show up to the event. I know of 3 pretty quick cars that are for sure going to head out that weekend. So there are some grudge races to be settled. But it's all for a good time. See you out there!!!

 

I didnt realize this league was still in business. Wacky is right for once, drifting is the thing today and pulls in huge crowds and sponsors.

 

That's because no one attends these drag race event's. No money no honey.
Get out there and support gents or it will be gone one day for good.

 

I thought the NHRA absorbed most of the import drag leagues? Oh well you could always go legit in the NIRA circuit, where you could really let her lose.
