i finally understood why insurace would raise just for having a LA address after i got an apartment here for work.

bunch of idiots w/out headlights at night, and inconsiderates would stop in the middle of the road to turn w/out signal.

i'm normally very chill.. but i easily get pissed off just driving my 7 around LA-> Santa Monica/west side area, dodging retards
