I need a transmission rebuilt, any recommendations?
I'm looking for a place to get my transmission rebuilt or a place to purchase a rebuilt one.
Anyone have any recommendations?
I would prefer to have it done locally in either the Tucson or Phoenix area.
Thanks!

Thanks J-Rat, I will definitely check them out!
I believe my problem may be the front input shaft bearing.
If that’s the case, it shouldn't be too expensive. I'm almost tempted to try it myself considering I have a junk tranny in my backyard and I can give it a shot on that one first.
I plan on dropping the tranny next weekend to make sure the culprit isn't something else though. I recently installed a lightweight flywheel, stage 1 clutch, LSD, and engine torque brace. When I did the job, I had ordered a T/O bearing from Mazdatrix and the funny thing is it didn't quite match any of the other one's I have lying around!??
This old time veteran from the junkyard recommended Lloyd's Transmission and Drivetrain. Ever heard of them? Apparently he has been doing tranny work for 40 years!
