I feel like being nice, if you need a smog open this...
i know everyone says PM wackyracer, and DJdino. And most think its a joke or some twisted game, the fact of the matter is, they are really smog hookups. i dont bother DJ dino since he just goes through wacky.

So if you need "help" with smog, Post here and ill PM wacky personally(we are friends)

I usually just supply Wacky the paper work or VIN. That is all that is needed. Oh and some $$$$. Wacky doesn't do it for free.
