lol Spent the entire day in LA yesterday around rancho-D and carson area looking for some places. Just driving by really to get a feel for some places.
I was just wondering what is the going rate for a rental property where you guys live????

I need to/want to stay around the 91 freeway close to the wilmington exit area where I'll be working.

since work is the main reason for the rental property i need to consider at all cost avoiding getting on the freeway to work in the morning.

 

Dunno if your how long you plan on staying in the area but I work off the 405 and the Wilmington Exit. If you need a roommate to keep costs down Im looking to stay in the same general location. Would like to be close enough to ride my bike. Gotta Save money for this Ls1 swap.

Looking to stay in the area for a least two years. I would like rent a house but also i need to take into account that renting a house means more maintenance. I just need to make sure that the neighborhood is safe and secure. The last thing i need is loud a** neighbors when i get home.

I'll be in the 91/405/110 area over the weekend to look at some other spots.
Looks like i need to get situated around mid july or so.

If you guys have anyone that is renting a home town home condo please let me know
