those "little paddles" are the reason its so exspensive. If that pic is of an HKS to4z then its a Varible Vane, or varible geometry or variable nozzle hotside, meaning that it can effectively change the A/R.

It might be a standard on the TO4Z. I could be wrong, but every TO4Z I've seen on the web has them. I've never seen one in person though. We're all too broke. HAHA!

T04Z is simply another way to waste cssh on a name and sound when you could buy a generic T04R. I'm running a TO4R, rebuil only costs me like $300 bucks for 360 degree thrust bearings (great thing about journals) and I put down 518rwhp at 24psi two weeks ago.

Turblown sells a slotted cover you can run for more noise
