wassup guys
im just posting to get some help and opinions bout the rear diff. I got a lsd rear diff from a fd and was wondering if itll fit on a 88se? Ive talked to some folks an they told that theres gonna be some fabrication for it to fit. So i was just wondering what your opinion was or if there is any advice or diy guides yalls could help me with.

you'd prolly have better luck in the second gen section of the forum..try the search button and you should also try looking in the FAQ as well..the info your looking for just might be in there somewhere..good luck with the install..(wish i had the power to move threads..)

The LSD from the FD is only interchangeable with the Turbo2 diff as they are both 8" ring gears.

The FC '88 SE model is n/a and has a wimpy 7" ring gear. You would be better off getting a complete GXL pumpkin and simply swapping it in and ditching your old diff. The axles will match up as well. Simple bolt in equation.
