Hey does anyone know why, when i go to shift into third when racing it doesnt go in gear somtimes, it wont go into 5th like a miss shift, it will like go into a slot it feels like but it will just rev like a miss shift, anyone know why???? please help thanks

 

sounds like you need to slow your shift just a little bit

 

Sounds to me like you might want to practice being smooth on the gear box. It's not only about how fast you can shift gears. If you aren't smooth enough to get the tranny to engage then it doesn't matter if you "can shift m@d quick yo!"

Sounds like to need to check your tranny and engine mounts. Better yet, get an automatic.

No matter how good of a manual driver you are, YOU WILL MISS SHIFT if those mounts are fucked up.
