Help! Need to restore my stock airbox to pass smog

My smog failed on my air intake and BOV but passed emissions. I have the stock airbox but I need to either borrow or buy a stock BOV, hoses and the two large hoses that go from the airbox to the turbo's as I'm sure I'll have an issue with the hard pipes I have.

Can anyone help me out?
