What is up with people running insanely high negative camber in the rear just to fit super wide wheels on the car? This must be a style only showcar thing because you must lose so much contact patch on the rubber that running so much camber would cause.

And actually, running tons of negative front and rear camber is NOT just a showcar thing:

I'm just getting to the point that a can handle a bit of tire stretch. However this negative camber thing has to go. That's the kind of car that I point and laugh every time I see one. Stupid is as stupid does...
If you're going to put all that effort into a car, pull the damn fenders already and make it work properly.

some of the cars are cool..but whats the point of wasting rubber on a daily drive?
new go broke style or something?
this is the worst forum evar
the people leaving negative comments probably
have a 230hp TII with 245's on a 8.5" wheel and
KYB "coilovers". you know that's like 65% of the
people on here. or some LS1 swap holier-than-thou's.
just saying - IMO IMO IMO IMO. some of the cars there
were the extreme example, but a lot of those cars get
driven hard. i'd be shocked if anyone in this thread has
done more than 5 track days, drag strip doesn't count.
nothing but radical cars there. NSX = awesoommee.
