Has anyone dealt with Rotary Power

I found out about a rotary shop in Gardena called Rotary Power. I was just wondering if anyone has dealt with this company and what there experience was like. Also what were there prices like.

Sir, it is a very reputable shop but you can find many discussions, opinions, and experiences by doing a soych.

Otherwise, you can PM Dcrosby who just recently forked out much $$$ for his recent rebuild.

Yup, he used to do Abel Ibarra's engines so that should give you an idea on how great his craftsmanship is.

Jeff is the coolest guy you will ever deal with. I have never had any service done by him but i have been in his shop and he is nothing but good person. If you visit his shop you will find some of the rarest old school rotary vehicles.

I wouldnt do it over the phone. They will just tell you to bring your car over. I dont think any mech will be able to give you a price without seeing what needs to be done and whatnot. Besides, Jeff is a busy man.

Great Shop!!!

I will never go elsewhere.

I've been to many of the popular shops in LA and Rotary Power is by far the best. Jeff and Alan are great guys and extremely accomidating.

True rotary engine building shop. Not for neon lights and body kits.

You will be very happy with your choice if you decide to work with Rotary Power.

darkracer I e-mailed about a month ago but never got back. Cool guy though. I took my differential to him to get a rebuild but couldn't do it. At least he cleaned it for me (no charge).
Ask him for prices and he will say
(Depends what you want)
And yes you will need the FERIA like batmobile said.
He is more than willing to answer any of your questions
lol lol!

When I used to own an FD, no one touched the FD except for Jeff and Alan (is Alan still there? He's funny as ****) at Rotary Power. Don't be fooled by their shop...it looks like a **** hole, but they do excellent, excellent job. It was quite a bit of a drive for me, and sometimes I had to wait a while (he's busy and an appointment can take 2 weeks) but no BS, and no worries. Thumbs up to Rotary Power. Regarding price, def. cheaper than Tri-Point and other Rx-7 shops....not cheap, but cheaper.
