Y'know, I actually enjoyed HIN this time...I think it was because since my car was there, and I ran into a bunch of people that also had cars on display that I knew.

I think it would be more fun if we actually had a bunch of us forum members there with our cars.

i would admit that HIN was awesome the first time i went was when i was 18yrs old after that it didnt appeal to me anymore because ofthe same cars and just not enough rotaries. But it would be great if there were more fb/fc/fd's. screw HIN, Ill just save my money and go to SEMA or tokyo auto salon..

The only reason i go is to look at the hotties, the cars are a plus and a lot of them are overkill, pluss cops are starting to get a lot worse they make you register your car with the police department in that county at some events, my friend had a complete show car cost him about 50k to put together custom everything first show he went to after he had had it finally out of shops for a week after two years they impounded his car at the show because the engine bay vin had been covered, and the dash vin he didnt have bolted on because it was a custom dash. They ripped his car apart in the gallery the day before the event then took it and told him if he couldnt come up with better proof it would be crushed the following week. He had to spend money on a lawyer and faught it for almost 3 months before he finally got his car back. Fucked up **** I couldnt imagine if they tried to take my 7 like that I would cry!!! lol

i agree but its not my hype anymore i grew up a little and more worried of actually road racing and enjoying tech talks with people instead of just wondering around for show cars.. now i can care less of Hin.. it just seems to much f&f hype, although theyre are some good companies but mostly all the one you see on magazine covers...but that is some bullshit about the cop ordeal lame..

Thumbs up

Sure Looking at the models is great... BUT they looked MUCH better airbrushed and retouched in calendars & mags. But the guy to chick ratio blows like 20guys to 1 chick. Cant imagine going to a car show to look at chicks. D1 is the shiiizz.
I want to fly a huge MAZDA flag like how they do at the 24Hrs o' Lemans...only the mazda would actually have to win otherwise id feel like a tool.
