I totally disagree. In the absence of a personal hook up, their prices are actually pretty darn fair. Certainly lower than what a dealer would charge a typical over the counter buyer. Also, I've found that Mazdatrix many times can get parts that my local dealer hook up computer otherwise says are no longer available.
That said, I've had very good luck with West Covina Mazda. The guy in charge is Mr. RC.

it'd help to know WTF in SoCal you're located.
Mazdatrix is good if you need it immediately.. but they ARE expensive. Ray Crowe in Virginia sells OEM parts and ships cheaper than most.
BUT if you're looking for nick-nack parts like a gasket.. or a **** then local dealerships will be more cost effective.
JUST BE PREPARED TO GIVE THEM A PARTS NUMBER B/C DEALERSHIPS ALMOST ALWAYS KNOW NOTHING ABOUT 7s.

I was looking for a window switch and mazdatrix wants to charge a grip for it. Some stuff are fair, but some stuff are questionable in price. Even till this day Im still trying to find an alternative to mazdatrix, but seems like its only the dealership or junkyard. That is just my input and opinion on it.
