Good electrical shops in San Diego?

Dayum, been a looooooong time since I've been around here. Sup yall. Anyways, like the title says. Got a electrical problem on the FD.

https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...16#post4888016 <--thats my problem in here.

Anyone know a good shop that handles electrical problems? I've been pretty much a loyal customer to Autotech but I'd like to branch out and see my options. Preferably in the southbay area would be good. I'm in Chula Vista.

Thanks!

check out hypersport. there right there on the southside of mile of cars. umm Enginuity located near national city police station has a rotary guy there. Warren from team blur. me and him are kool so i can talk to him if you need me to. those are the only shops i can think of in that area. if not theres GreenLight (used to be Pann Auto last month), Pure Sports in ramona, Group 5, SDCS, AEBS (those are the two best ones) i live right here in paradise hills and know the owner of enginuity so i wouldn't mind meeting up with you and trying to get you a discount. oh and warren owns a FD so he'll do his best.

hrmmm, I know when my grounding went bad I had some instruments go haywire, and the car did do some funky lunging when I took it in to get it checked out (at ZWhiz off Aero/15). the car would not start on its own, I had get it pop started at that time too.
after zwhiz diagnosed the problem and fixed it, for about $98 which I think is too much, I installed an HKS grounding system. Since then my car has been great electrically, well except my radio is dead but thats a different story.

I doubt it's your alternator. I just got here from TX 3wks ago and my vette is doing something similar here also. I loose my idle when the motor is cold around here. I have to drive it a little a let it get warm to idle. Anyways, back to your problem I would think it would be a bad sensor or maybe something is bad thats connected to the vacuum system. Are the vacuum hoses, solenoids, or check valves in good condition?
