I've got an SA; it's closest to an FB, so I'll put it in that section. Those of us who drive them are sort of partial to their uniqueness, even though they're harder to get stuff for.
The 'judging' I was talking about, are the contests actually judged and awarded during the event, that result in nice trophies like the one pictured above, for "Best xx." Not that I'm planning to win, but I sure want to be in the right fight!
As it is, I'll have put in a huge number of hours prepping for the event, so my car can look it's very best and be an asset for the show, even if it's not as tricked out as some.
We all just do our best and take pride from that, right?
I've been talking the event up to people for over a year. I've got shirts and pix and stuff that date back to SSV.
I'm one of your more loyal and vocal supporters.
I'm really not looking to get into a pissing contest, especially not with an event official. I was just trying to be clear as to which category I should try to compete in.
Peace?

No need for sarcasm, boss. An SA is not an FB, FC, FD, Old School, or Non-Mazda. All I'm saying. SA's (78-80) are First Gens, but not FB's.

Maybe a Rotary keychain would suffice.
An event I've been working to be ready for, for something like 16 months off and on. This time around, anyway; I've been a rotard for a couple decades, now.
If I lived closer, or didn't have to work a full week leading up to the event, I'd consider it.

Your FB entry is fine, I would say it's in the right category.

Amen to that. One of the reason I love sevenstock is the fact everyone has something praise worthy about their builds. A lot of the internet BS goes away when you're there in person and it's just a bunch of folks who love cars.
