Lets do it. Even if there is only around 40 cars it would still be fun. Also the bay makes a great back drop for some pics.

I will post in another forum or two to generate some more interest. We need to set a date though. What looks good for everyone? The third or fourth Saturday of august?

Paying at the door should not be a problem. All the prepay we can get would help toward the purchase of the food and drinks. Nothing but the finest walmart brand soda for my friends

i Say the 18th of August would be fine, gives us about 7weeks to get it prepped and ready, Casey we gotta meet up for your parts ha ha i havn't gotten a box yet LMAO

And i would like to get most of the payments ahead of time to purchase the food and drinks.

So 5$'s VIA paypal to an account

I'm down for another year of rotorfest. I always seem to wind up cooking so we need solid input on funds. I have no prob with prepping food but there has to be some kinda fee if ya wanna eat or whateva.

I'm thinking chicken, brats, links, etc. Folks would need to commit to bringing side dishes too. Baked beans, chips, macaroni/potato salad, chips, soda are easy kills.

Are we gonna want music too?

If we want to keep it simple then an entrance fee would include food and a raffle.

Your thoughts??

my avatar is last year's rotorfest.. :-D

We should create an official thread now that the interest is pretty good. We can put an email address in the thread so people can send the money to.

We will probably just BBQ burgers and have chips and people can bring sides like potato salad or w/e. Music eh? You're getting into this meet huh? haha

I will be there early as well. I will start a real thread with a list so we can get a head count. Every one should list how many are coming with as well.

We will need to know for the amount of food we need to buy.
