I got an Extra fuel-pump from an '88 GTU...sorry, no injectors though.
Did you charge your battery?
I just went through the same thing this weekend.
It was resolved by fully charging my battery and replacing my Alternator.
Now, she fires up just FINE.
...still alot of electrical bugs that I have to work on though...

I would change the fuel filter too if you haven't done that already.
And I'm not sure of what you consider cheap but last time I checked a Walbro 255lph fuel pump was only about $80. Just a thought.
