I got an Extra fuel-pump from an '88 GTU...sorry, no injectors though.
Did you charge your battery?
I just went through the same thing this weekend.
It was resolved by fully charging my battery and replacing my Alternator.
Now, she fires up just FINE.
...still alot of electrical bugs that I have to work on though...

I would change the fuel filter too if you haven't done that already.

And I'm not sure of what you consider cheap but last time I checked a Walbro 255lph fuel pump was only about $80. Just a thought.

His FP is ok, the car fired up, but he had a fuel leak, sounds like the leak is coming from where the rubber fuel lines meet the metal ones right behind the ALT.

I dont have the space to rebuild a motor, or the money to buy anything right now. BUT if you got another car, fix the seven, get it up and running, then fork out the cash to rebuild it yourself the right way. Or run the **** outta it till it blows!!!!!!!!!!!
