Front license plate

It's dark like Poe.
Only on Tuesdays. Every other day they impound the car, except for the third Friday of every month (Thanksgiving excluded) when they just pound the car. With hockey sticks.
Of course it's a fix it... but you'll keep getting tickets until you fix it for good. The DMV issues plates in pairs, so you SHOULD have one lying around...
I don't have a plate on the front of my car, and I've never been hassled. I asked a friend of mine (who's a cop) about it and he said that yes, technically you're supposed to have one, but that most guys don't care until you screw up some other way... like speeding or doing doughnuts in the parking lot of the local retirement community.

Been driving without a front plate for 3 years now, a speeding ticket successfully fought in court (thanks to cell cams), no hassle over no front plate. My brother has been going for 4 years without a front plate, been pulled over a few times, no hassle. We keep our front plates in the back seat just in case.

**** LA. my new t2 didnt come with a front plate, i got an actually ticket($25, but doesnt matter) since they can only write you a fix it ticket. i wasnt even in my car, it was parked on my friends street, a traffic or parking enforcement cop wrote me and like 1/2 the LA area a fix it ticket for random things.
thank god for his sake i didnt get one for my tint, i saw him 5 minutes after i got the ticket. i would have flipped

cant do that. when i went to get my old license plate signed off, the cop said it has to be a CA issued license plate with the plate # visible and the state visable too.

Park on any public areas inside the LA city limits (or LAX parking structure) with no front plate and 90% chance you'll come back and find a fix it ticket on your windshield.

a cop pulled me over to check out my car (reason he gave was no front license plate) but he just thought my car was cool and kept asking questions about my swap lololol... no ticket here, he said he didnt have one on his car and like everyone else said, its usually only when you mess up in another way that they start looking at all the little things wrong.

I've gotten two front plate tickets both when the car was parked somewhere, one time in sj across the street from a bar at like 2 in the morning, and the other at like 4 in the morning parked across the street from my house... My car didn't come with the second plate, and I like the vintage blue plates and so I just paid the non fix it amount...

I have 3 cars. Each of them have no front plate.
Throughout 7 years, I have gotten this ticket 11 times on different cars.
Each ticket is $100 penalty. But it's a fix it ticket.
Every fix-it ticket is $10. (In San Francisco county)
Just get a cop to write it off and send in a check for 10 bucks.
