Certainly not trying to rain on your parade or be a buzzkill, but saying he knows more than you evidently doesn't mean much

I see at least one other failure point I havent mentioned in that engine bay, and I am positive I could find two or three more if I was there in person.

Some shops/mechanics are great with stock cars and oem components, but when it comes to a single upgrade they do things the easy/lazy/wrong way and set up a ticking time bomb for the owner.

^^ I was thinking the exact same thing. The latest 997s are pretty sick too though I'd still rather have an FD!

congrats on your buy man.. wOw 11k that is a steal i got mine for 10k completely stock with 115k on motor & body.. still ruining strong!!!
