He's 100% right, you know!

Try PM'ing wackyracer, he hooked me up last time with my rotary vehicle. I was missing an air-pump and charge release valve due to my block-off plates and he was able to get me smogged without any hassles.

save up some money to fix it or go to the sac meet and see if anyone there can "hook" you up, or just sell it to me for $100

2 mins too late to let this guy know about Wacky and the smog hook ups he's been able to do. All my homies thank you Wacky!! We wouldn't be sporting the RB full race exhaust if it wasn't for your hookups! He has the smog dyno machine in his backyard now guys, much easier!

Check the 2nd gen faq's. There's a table in there to troubleshoot your results, but if you have a burned out cat i'd get it replaced at a muffler shop since universals go for about $90.
