the ticket i get back in april i had to go to court 3 times once to pled not guilty 2nd time was the 1st court date the officer was a no show but they said he called in sick then the 3rd time was the 2nd court date and the officer showed but he didnt have a copy of the citation so it got dismissed and he did a good job of making himself look stupid

 

Where did you see 95?!?!?! It says 70 in a 45..........

 

"45" looked like "95" to me I think.
