cool. still have no idea what you're asking, but I have an aftermarket exhaust from when I had an FD that you can take a look at to see if it answers your question.

yeah the exhaust people at magnaflow are asking me where they want the inlet to the muffler. They got me a 3" pipe from the cat to the muff, but they wanna know where they should have the hole on the muffler. Also the outlet (from the muffler to the tail pipes) i'm betting on the middle...

I would assume that it all depends on how big the muffler is. You might want to see how the muffler sits in the space before telling them.

I'd say have them ship you whatever, and have a good exhaust shop weld you up what you need, 90% of the stuff I've bought needed some adjustment to fit right, and not rattle against anything.... so just do yourself a favor and do it right to begin with....

I believe my inlet to my Rhemus exhaust is in the middle, and then the pipe bends back and forth, look at some pictures of stock replacements @ www.rx7store.net or www.gothamracing.com

why don't u just get a
bolt on full exhaust systems
like from hks or something...
they are actually ENGINEERED to make power... ?
while you are gambline wether your design works for the best or not....
plus you are not doing the work so what if they screw up...
you'll never know...
