That's a very serious motor, you are looking at quite a bit more than 4k for a motor like that...hell just two new rotor housings list for $1400. There might be a few guys who could do it for that (guys, not shops).

I think it's a little silly to worry about budget when you are trying to build a 500 rwhp+ motor.

I think Pineapple Racing in Oregon might do it for that, but that won't count shipping or R&R. Rick at Rick's Rotary in Pleasanton builds great motors, but he likes to do the R&R to make sure things are done right, so you would be looking at over $7k.

Yeah, Karack is a really good engine builder. He's about 40 miles north of Sacramento. He does have great pricing, but you are asking quite a bit for only $4K. It's very worth asking him though. Give it a shot.

who said 500+ whp?
25 psi doesn't mean anything unless we know what kind of turbo is pumping it out.

nah, it's easily possible with ceramic housings and they are reasonably priced but the ceramic apex seals would be the chunk of the rebuid being that they would run close to $2k alone...

im just north of sacramento, send me a PM if you are interested.

As he said, Ricks Rotary. He is a great guy, does not cut corners at all. But, he is $$$$

remember, sometimes you do get what you pay for.

hmmm, i think i contradicted myself there... it would be possible but might be a little more depending on if you went all high grade or not.

i shouldn't be posting and working at the same time.

you can go cheap but the engine won't last.
