E6k To borrow $100

I am having my car tuned, and I cannot get the timing to stay flat. It is jumping all around. I have checked my CAS, and wiring. All that is left is to check my Haltech to see if it is the problem.

If you have one on a running setup, I would be willing to give you $100 to bring it down, and try it out on my car to verify that my haltech is the issue. That's right a cool $100 for a couple hours of your time.

If you have one PM for contact information. I am located in the San Fernando Valley.

Also if you have one to sell, I will consider that as well.

Thanks.

Hey Dave, I had a similular issue on my rx-2 with e6k. Ended up being that the spark plug cables where to close to the CAS and not shielded enough and was causing noise that the e6k was picking up.

I used stock 2nd gen NGK plug wires, just cut then and re-did the ends. And added shielding to the ignition pick up cable. That solved my mysterious ignition problem.

Might help solve your problem.

Also were you at Angel Crest HWY today? Thought I seen you in your truck.

No Green repu, was a blue dodge Ram. I forgot the cruise was today, for some reason I was thinking it was next month. Oh well. Looked like a pretty good turn out.

My car is down right now, and you can borrow mine if you want. I'm Duarte if you can pick it up. I can't drop it off.
