Sandi (Daves mom) has asked me to get a thread started to get the ball rolling.

The starting point will be The church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3860 Waterman Ave San Bernardino, CA 92404 (where Dave's service was).

Meet time is 11 am.

It is always a great turnout, fun cruise and we get to talk about and remember our friend Dave. This is going to be the 4th year that he has been gone, but not forgotten



She has asked if someone can make shirts again, like last year.

I never had a chance to meet the man, either, but having read about the way the community treated his memory and his family is one of the reasons I've stuck around.

Good people are hard to find.

 

I am looking forward to seeing everyone again. Doesn't matter if you knew Dave or not if you want to come, come we would love to have you join us. Last year a guy stopped us and asked if he could join us and of course we said "YES". We need someone to do tshirts. See you there!!

Dave loved RX-7s, especially FCs, and I'm sure he loves looking at all the cool and crappy RX-7s that join his beloved mama every year for this cruise

Never met Dave either but from reading all the adventures and stories about him on here, I really felt like I knew him. I attended the first cruise and it was so hard to see everyone in tears and so down as expected. I'm really glad that since then its become a more fun experience like he would've wanted it to be. Cant wait to join you guys on this cruise.

I was at the 1st cruise we did for Dave but unfortunately I haven't been able to attend since.
I'm definitely going to make it out this year.
