Last night someone wanted to break into my car. Luckly nothing happend.
I want to catch this guy, who has been breaking into my neighbors cars for last few months.

I'll catch him on camera, but I want to beat the living crap out of him "legally". I don't want it to be hate crime.

Help guys.

 

you cant really legally beat the crap out of someone, unless maybe they are in your house posing a threat. you can illegally beat the crap out of him...

This was going on for few months now. At least ten cars have been targets....and it's inside of the buildings' garage.
Police hasn't done anything yet.
I got the mini survelance cameras....so if I got the person who is doing this, I'll post the pics and video of the guys experience...
