Question Center bore for rims

All,

Picked up some rims; however the center bore of the rims is smaller than the 67.1mm required for the FD.

Does anyone recommend a machine shop, or wheel specialty shop, that can bore the center out?

Looking for something SoCal (Irvine or South).

Or, can any machine shop take care of this? I just don't want some hack to ruin my rims...

thanks,

try hitting up corona machine shop off the 15 at Magnolia. thats the closest place i know of. NOTE: it is just a machine shop. they do not specialize in wheels or any car parts. but it might be worth a shot

what about using some spacers? They may solve your problem.

Hey Charlie,

I had to have the same thing done to a set of rims for my vert. I got a local guy who can do a nice job of it for you. I'll see you at the meeting sat or you can drop me a pm and I'll give you the info. Matter of fact, the place is on the way to the meeting site

That is good news Tom! If I make the meet Saturday, I will have my son with me. So no FD, but not a big deal. I will probably see you on Saturday.

Thanks again.
