Carb tuning

I posted this message in the "Other Rotary" section and decided to post it here, but does anyone know of a shop in Northeast LA area that tunes carbs?? I don't want to drive the car too far cause it's running like crap. Thx

I have a 74 rx3 with a holley carb and weber jet plate.
