Car curbed by thiefs
I just got my car back from the impound yard aggggghhhh!!!! I don't know how much more I can take. First they still my car from infront of my small apt., then they crash it into a curb, add to that that they steal my hood and rip off my spoiler (good thing my stereo was stolen last year) O.K. I'm alittle calmer I still want to bust-sum-caps! but my real problem is how hard is it to fix a broken lower control arm and maybe strut.
P.S. if anyone in the Bay Area has parts or can help me out
(Read knows what there doing) hit me back by Pm or at olowe29@hotmail.com

I've had an accident similar to that, I'm sorry to hear that thieves did that to your car. Unfortunately damage like that is often more than just a control arm. When I had an accident like that, mine was a bit worse, but I had frame damage, ALL control arms, wheel bearing, and brakes were messed up. Good luck, and that stuff is a pain to install.

His garage door remote got stolen, which means they can open it and steal the said FD in it.
To the OP: Is that an s5 TII?
Damn, it looks to me they just ripped off the spoiler, I don't know how they'll be able to sell that...

Stolen garage door opener:
Solution... just chance the code on the door unit and match that code to the remaining openers. It's just 9-12 +/- switch's. Just chance one of them and match to the other remotes and your safe once again..

i had a drunk driver slam my 1st rx up over the curb and into the sidewalk, while the right front wheel stayed on the street.. needless to say.. the suspension was pretty messed up.... but after i replaced the strut (very easy), lower control arm (moderatly easy, but takes some elbow grease to break loose the bolts), and the broken end link (very easy).. she was back on the road..... all it took was 2 hours worth of work, and $50 and the junkyard, and she was road worthy again (although the wheel did sit an inch furtherback in the wheelwell after the accident)
