A jackhole cop is just a gay jackhole that like to do male sheep in the bung hole!
If he is an ***, he will be an ***. He may not ticket you for the turbo but he will make **** up and ticket you for it. It doesn't matter if it's illegal or even if he is flat out lying and making **** up. Why? becuase that's up to the judge to decide. He is only a cop (a ticket boy).
I got pulled over on sat from two motorcycle cops driving the opposite way. The did illegal u-turns got behind me and turned on their lights. My car was idle the whole time waiting for the light. He sait my exhaust was too loud (at idle). He was full of ****. He tried to entrap me and my g/f and escelate the situation. He asked if I would like him to add a moving violation for the exuast noise. I said, you need to call you sargent because you are illgally harrassing me and you can not be trusted. So that's when you pull out the Captain's businees card with his cell and home phone numbers on it.

Modifying exhaust equipment in ANY state is Illegal, the fact is Florida, and other states don't have a "Checking" system in Place, so it's not verified... but it's still illegal, and if the cop in Fl. wants to he can give you a ticket for it, since it's a federal law...

^ No, modifying a stock exhaust is illegal. Replacing a cat before 50k miles is illegal but not afterwards. Replacing your exhaust with one that is under 95db is legal. He can "lie" and say he used his experience to judge the sound by ear and beleived it was too loud. It sounds rediculous but he only hands out tickets. The judge decides the law. He can make up all the **** he wants and get away with it that day. He may get repromanded "if" the person takes it to court. Most people don't and that's why they continue to be ********. It also takes an ******* to deal with an ******* and they see plenty of them which is why you are assumed guilty and have to prove your innocence in court.

My co-worker has been driving his Virginia beater ( with no FRONT bumper I might add) for the last 6 years here in SoCal. Been pulled over ONCE, didn't even get a ticket. Too much trouble to verify out of state plates unless you commit a felony.
