California Speedway regulations?

Ive read up on the "NHRA rules". Im hoping to go faster then a 11.99. Who here has gone to fontana and has not got **** with going faster then 11.99 without roll cage, scatter shield and switch for relocated battery? let me know.

You will never run there without a cage,fireproof jacket,snell2005 helmet or other safety equiptment. They are a NHRA sanction track. I have ran there and they are a stickler.
