California Emissions

Anyone know how much of the emissions can be removed while still passing a smog check in the state of California? Im currently rebuilding my S4 T2, and i would like to remove all the useless emissions while it the motor is out of the engine bay. Thanks

Uh im not smog tech but i would say nothing can be removed and you still pass lol
