I think the law is BS. I dont see a point in restricting the hours a teenager can drive. I think some of the safest times to be driving a car as far as traffic are between 11pm and 5am (except for of course the 2am drunk runs). I would possibly support a law restricting certain cars from teenagers for a certain amount of time. A few months ago two dumbshit 17 year old kids wraped a ferrari around a telephone pole right next to my house and got killed. I cant believe some of the 1st cars some of the kids around my house get.
