Alot of members are aware I'm in a popular political punk band out of Los Angeles

 

It was not just..the way I was pulled over. It was the context of the conversation, tone, and how the situation was handled. I've been pulled over & dealt with the police multiple times. (Pulled over on a regular basis driving a FD with no cats) This was definitely racially motivated.

I was cited for No Front Plates, Exhaust, & Not having my Insurance (which I did). I had my actual insurance binder..however because I didnt have a card. They wrote me up. Which is ridiculous as I had the actual insurance CONTRACT in hand. (And have shown this to many other police offers. Being insured through AIS they only gave me the binder which is acceptable). They also threatened me and talked down on my FD. "Why do you have this car?"

Tru dat. I'm from L.I. and had a gun pointed two feet from the back of my head back in the mid-90's. This is when I had an all black (blacked out windows) Probe GT. Yeah, NY and Boston where not nice to me!

I got pulled over by Sac PD for modified exhaust and aftermarket gauges. It's really not a big deal and if they were two blocks away how could they possibly tell what race you are. Fix whatever they said was wrong and pay your 10 dollar fine.

They aren't and neither was my catback exhaust. They just used it as cause to inspect my car for any illegal modifications. Which is perfectly within in their rights to do. It's just a slight irritation. I wasn't issued a fix it ticket since my car was legit so I was let go.

 

The showcase was shut down over 2 years ago. Along with the Allen Theatre in South Gate.


I can't remember the P.C. but they can pull you over for "suspicious gauges" or "suspicious lighting". Thats how my friend Chris was pulled over with this turbo scion tc sleeper & given a state ref ticket.

When I get home I'll post up the P.C.# CA Law's blow...espicially since its the "driving state"
