Ok, Steve has picked July 6th/7th, that's the date. I'll get a confirmation for TEC3 dyno rates (~$120 to $150) for the 2hr window from Steve.
So far the schedule is (please fill yourself in, if you have a deposit sent already):
I'd expect 4 spots max, and 1st spot is probably around 9am, each one is ~2hrs.
July 6th, Sat
1) killjoy
2) chohakai

Just caught up with Steve over the weekend. So his flight is booked, and everything is set with TEC3.
Everyone, please bring cash (to pay Steve the balance), and be prepared to pay TEC3 directly for the dyno fee.

Reminder:
Make sure your car is tidied up and dyno worthy for next weekend. Make sure that they are no boost leaks, fluid leaks, boost control issues, AI issues, etc. Change your plugs and tidy up any other lose ends please.
These are all things that will slow you down, and everyone else down. Steve and Tec3 will be helpful and tolerant to certain extent, but I'd hate to see anyone not able to get fully tuned...
I'm waiting on Steve on the confirmation of the dyno cost (~$125-$150 for 2hrs), and also to nail down the time slots.

Yes, please be there at 9am, killjoy7. I got my confirmations from Steve:
Time starts at 9am. Allocate 2 hrs per person
Dyno should be $150
And yes on the remainder balance. Cash only

Heard about all the craziness yesterday!
Didn't see anyone's results so I thought I'd post mine.
Here's the video
Steve recommended that I ditch my HKS Downpipe and Highflow cat and I should make 300rwhp (that was my goal). I was pretty upset when I saw the numbers because I could have changed those out before I went to the shop. I did a bunch of work over the past 2 months in prep for this so it feels a little wasted, but not so much.
He told me that if I were to change to a new downpipe and midpipe, that I might run a little lean, so he riched it up just a tad in order to compensate for this.
How'd everyone else do?

Ya, we smoked the joint out...had to put some ATF in the fresh motor and it just bomed the shop. i felt real bad. I cant thank Steve and Tec 3 enough for all there help getting my car back home all tuned and running great.
Day started with a discovery of a bent DP and pinched exhaust piping. My exhaust didnt make it up my trailer before the tires did. I had to load it backwards on my trailer to keep the weight over the axles. I was towing with a Jeep Grand Cherokee:/ Crushed it like a tin can. So i took it to a local shop that replaced the pinched piping while i bent the DP back to a decent position. I got it all fixed before my time with Steve.
My motor had 0 miles on it other than some start up time. I also had just put in the E6k after i built the engine. 0 miles with the new setup. It wouldnt start for us to drive it into the shop. My 2 bar map was wired improperly, and i was flooding the car. After we sorted that out, It would start with no problems. Steve then discovered that my brand new 2 bar was no good. Luckily Tec 3 came threw with a 3 bar so Steve could get a accurate tune. I wound up just purchasing the 3 bar from them anyways.
Car put down 240hp 216tq @ 8-10 psi. Turbo fell off around 5500 rpm. Im more than happy with the tune. I drove it the last 40 miles from home and it felt really good. Steve is the man! Here's my setup.
9.4:1 rotors
550/1600cc inj
Fmic
Walbro 255
3"dp to crushed 2 1/2 straight pipe
Haltech e6k
Gonna get a bigger turbo and try to get to 350hp. That my goal for this motor. Here's a video.

I'll be back for another run, probably with 1300cc secondaries and the upgraded downpipe and straight pipe. If he was local, I would so another run 2 weeks from now but since he's not, maybe I should gather people 3 months from now.

Half the mods I have in the engine doesn't really help with HP but it should have performed better I think. The FMIC got a little heatsoaked, it was pretty hot in there. We actually let the car cool down twice.
