Karack is a ways North from the Bay, in Marysville, but does excellent work. For local service I go to Rotorsport in Santa Clara. Paul is extremely knowledgable. Rotorsport's web page is http://rotorsport2.com .

Ricks is a little pricey but he does good work, i have also heard of Rotorsport and haven't heard anything bad about them but it is a little further from Walnut Creek than Ricks is but it may be worth it to save a little money however i'm not too sure if Rotorsport does in house tuning.
