Allright thougt I spread the word here if anyone wants to join in. Meeting place is in Foothills College 2pm this is this Saturday December 13th! So far the weather looks great and cool (watch out for boost spikes)
The run is on Skyline, La Honda and some roads that I am sure everyone from Bay Area has been into. A few stops along the twisties and take some snaphots. The last leg of the run will be in San Mateo . This is where we will eat in either in n out or l&l hawaiian BBQ (dial8) will take care of that.

Either this will be a small run or a big run but it will surely be a fun run!

 

I would like to join you on this, but just check the weather report and it looks like it'll rain this weekend. Drive safe and have fun if you decide to go anyways.

 

If it rains we will cancel!!!

hey im up here for the weekend. sadly i dont have my 7, but would still like to come out and check out these new roads. let me know the details.

 

No other details but up top, sample pictures up top. Exactly the road where we are going.

Foothills College parking lot at 2pm Saturday December 13! We will be very visible and you will see us.

If it rains it will be cancelled!!! 40% chance of rain at night per weather report so there is a good chance this run will materialize. We will see the weather tomorrow.


We will ride on our own pace and we will be safe.

 

I'd be all over this...but the FD is down and I don't want to beat on my GTUs yet.

 

Bro you guys up there in the north have the best roads to ride on. I have always wanted to drive Canyon Road hitting Lake Sonoma and ending in Stewarts Point.

Bring your GTU! you saw the road they are not that bad don't be a trailer queen. The only thing I am concern of right now is the weather factor.

 

Ah....I would but the GTUs needs work. :p That's the problem.. it needs tires and suspension work. I'm only driving it until the FD is back in action.

 

Mine too. In the process of replacing the shocks. Will be good to go for a run in Jan though.

 

Cool if i bring friends with other cars? I can try to make it but I wanted to install my FEEd sides... AND i have to drive up from central coast. I was going home to Dublin anyways.

 

Yeah, three others are bring friends aka passenger seat ballast . Do the sides after the run, not worth messing them up...

it appears to be raining... or atleast the roads are wet here in santa clara.

 

Okay guys I see sunshine here at San Jose! But I did see billowing clouds around SF which I am sure will take over later just like the weather says 40% chance of shower at noontime.
Expect patches of wet roads where there are a lot of trees up in the mountain. We will be careful on these patches of roads. A little wetness will not kill this fun run.

So enough excuses the run is on! The spot is at Foothills College (yes off I-280) SEE YOU ALL AT 2PM all cars are welcome.

Just got home from volunteering at second harvest, looks like I missed you guys. I am down for at some other time though.
