Bay Area: Paint Shop
Morning folks,
Have any of you had your FD's repainted? If so which shop did you go to and how was the work? How much did you pay and was it the same color or did you respray with a different. I'm going to paint my ride by the end of this year and I thought it would be a good time to research now. Thanks people
Justin

The Works Auto Body in Santa Clara does fantastic work and they are familiar with FDs...expect about $7k for a full repaint/body work. More for color changes or extensive body damage. Ask for Chris.
If you want SHOW quality, talk to Brian at B & D Auto in Pleasanton. Expect $10k.

the Franklin in Oakland is the same as the one in SF, same people, it's new, so a lot less cars than those 2 franklins in S.F , they have a new paint booth there too.

M & S Collision on Scott Blvd. in Santa Clara. Talk to Charles. He's doing my 7 wide body kit install and color change inside out for around $6k. Does Unbelievable Work. Will Do Custom body kits, restores, pretty much anything and its top notch.
