I apologize for those who went to tap, we ended getting to tap an hour late due to a late dinner so I am sorry. Next meet will be the TapX meet in Union City if the 1st annual NCM bbq does not happen next month. I'll let you all know!

 

Hey guys, for those who are interested in joining us at NCM or those who have been going to our meets, some good news! As i mentioned last meet, I'll be getting some vendors/shops to sponsor our group. A recent body shop I've went to "Ariana's Body Shop" in Newark, CA which does a great job (personal experience) has agreed to give discounts for club members. This body shop does great work from collision repair to fender pulling and body kit installations with perfect color matching. While the NCM club isn't official just yet, the annual BBQ will most likely be pushed back till July (work schedule got really hectic) and talks with the founding members will happen on how to keep track of members for the discounts to apply. I will be starting a paypal account just for the NCM club soon for donations from the community, members and founding members. Other shops I will be speaking with will include Rotorsport, Ricks Rotary (Rick's Performance), and Auto RnD. If there are other shops that people want me to reach out too, please don't hesitate to contact me with their information and I will reach out to them. Thank you all.

 

Hi, I just moved to Tracy area from Orlando, FL, and have a FB. Yes that's right a FB. I see you have meets here and would like to know when the next one will be at. I missed this past one cuz I am in the process of moving. But I would like to meet with fellow rotary heads.

There are bbq pits available here so we can get cooking. As well as relax, have fun, and show off our rides.

Hey, The bbq sounds fun... but I don't have the info.

From this thread, I take it that your gonna meet on the 28th at the jolibee lot to talk planning? when is the actual que happening?

 

The BBQ will be happening in July, most likely the 26th. I'm hoping to get some "NCM" swag made by then to give away as well. I don't want to push back the bbq to August but if i can get decals, shirts, lanyards and key chains made, i may. But again, most likely July 26th The founding members will be chipping in to get some nice things like gift cards to tire rack, corksport and other prizes for the raffle as well.

 

I wanted to bring this back up as well as I'm sure more people would be interested in helping out bring our mazda community together. Please PM me your e-mail if you're seriously interested in helping out with the BBQ and helping out bring up a new club. I'm looking for active members who have a similar vision as I and are serious about uniting a divided community and bringing everyone together in events like meets and car shows and hopefully track days and such in the future!

 

I have access to cnc machines... I might be able to make some stuff? If I can get reimbursed for materials I could cut vinyl decals at least. Possibly keychains from acrylic. Maybe some carbon bottle openers or something If I have enough time.

For those who want to help out with our bbq or NCM club planning, we are meeting up at automall in and out tonight at 6pm. It will coincide with the MOCC meet tonight at 8pm at the same location.
