Angry ATTENTION Friend Met Guy To Check Out SC300 & Got Jumped & Cell Phone Stolen

My friend went to meet up to check out this car last night in Huntington Beach The owner towed it from National City in San Diego all the way to Huntington Beach. However, the car was not as described, and my friend declined to proceed the transaction and the seller jumped him and stole his cellular phone. The other guy's name is Manuel Ramos from National City

as long the phone is on it can be traced, the mobil phone company can find it for the cops since a crime is involved.

Friends account as to what happened

"Hey guys, thanks for the support. I called the police right after the altercation happened. I have been talking to this guy about trading his Lexus (didnt look bad in pictures) for my mk3 Supra. We agreed to meet up at a location in huntington beach to do the trade if everything worked out.

When he got to the location, he pulled up in a Uhaul with the car on a trailer and from there I could already tell the car was not what he described to me.

Panels were falling off, front bumper looked spray painted, the front bumper wasnt straight and the whole top of the car was sun damaged and peeling, car had no a/c and. worst of all, he hot wired the car in front of me to show that it ran.

I nicely told him that I wasn't intrested in the car cause I was expecting something a lot cleaner and he kept asking what he could do to make the deal go through. He and his friend got in the car after talking for a bit so I headed back to my buddies car and waited for them to leave. After a few minutes, they got back out of the car and ask me to check my car out. I proceeded to let them check it out and after they looked at it I told them sorry for wasting your time and sorry we couldnt work out a deal.

I stuck my hand out to shake his hand and he sucker punched me square in the face. Thats when the fight broke out and luckily my friend was not too far away to run over and help me out. My friend broke up the fight and i told him to go in the shop with me just to stay away from them cause at the time i had already broke my ankle and my face was covered in blood. During the fight my phone fell on the floor and didnt think twice to pick it up before we headed inside. When we went outside we couldnt find the phone anywhere so im guessing they took it before they left."

His actions are not surprising given that he is from good old national city... Im in NC right now (gf lives here) and certainly it is not the best part of town thats for sure lol.

Good thing you got the cops involved and thank your lucky stars that your friend was only punched. People from around here aren't very nice to put it mildly

Agreed. But that still doesn't take away the fact that NC leads San Diego county in the number of violent crimes.

Good and bad that is true. Except that NC only has about 50K residents, so wherever you are in NC you aren't too far from bullshit.

lol all I said was that people aren't very nice... So tell me teddy what did I make it out to be?

Let me see from my own personal experience of good old Nasty City.... I've been shot at (more than once), I've witnessed several gang fights (some of those involved firearms), two friends were shot in a drive by, on another unrelated incident another friend was shot dead, GF's neighbor was found dead in his house via a shot gun blast, another set of neighbors were dealing drugs and were evicted but yet they came back and set fire to their old house, there was a prostitution ring across the street that got busted, there was chop shop at the end of the colde-sac, swat teams have been sent out twice on this block. Stolen cars get dropped off here all the time. Oh yeah about two months ago all hell broke loose again as a runaway convicted felon was being chased down the street here.

yeah it's eutopia around here with all the nice parts... lulz

Your right! it is a eutopia cause san diego in general as a whole is nothing compared to other cities in th U.S...

Same happens with I.B people getting in fights, gun shots ringing in the air, people getting killed, attacked blah blah blah still don't make it the high crime area, and neither is National City...

But we can go back and forth with this all day, and I' am not so eh...lol...

hahahaha

Your reasoning is flawed given that you are comparing places that are worse. Just because one place is 10X worse doesn't make another place a good area.

you've been living down in the southbay too long dude... By your own admission: 'there's people getting in fights, gun shots in the air, people getting killed'... Dude! that is the exact definition of a high crime area seriously man I really lol'd at that one. Thanks for that

Think he would trade for an FC?

Tell your friend to give him a negative iTrader score that reads "This guy jumped me. Not cool."
