I'm going to be visiting my sister in Pheonix/Arrowhead area.

What are the emissions like there, I know in fla they dont have them.
Are they strict?

Are you visiting, or moving? If you are just visiting (even for a few months) then it doesn't matter, keep your old plates. As long as your car is legally registered somewhere else they can't get you for emissions.

Phoenix and Tucson have emissions. Not too hard to pass as long as you have a cat and some smog equipment. Run alky and tune the injectors down.

Just keep your car registered in Florida.
