theres a bunch of idiots that the media labels "car enthusiasts" that block off intersections to do donuts for social media. this whole thing has the police' attention, making it hot for anyone with a modified car.

It was the same way whenever a Fast and Furious movie came out. Then you had the idiots doing pure street racing at 10pm on somewhat busy roads getting in accidents and killing bystanders.

Idiots with modded cars (or anything TBH) cause increased police attention.
