Im not getting a rebuild motor or anything that's extream. I just ordered a carb hat. Oil drain, feed lines fittings and some jets. And sent my rb upper manifold to be machined a month ago...Telling it'll be done tomarrow? No engine rebuild no porting just that.

How he runs his business isn't your concern or anyone else for that matter. Also, in terms of letting the customer know from the beginning and keeping them informed along the way, he's already done this and so have I. Customers come to him asking for parts because they know he provides quality, not junk, and they also have seen on the forum that the wait time can usually be a while, and yet they STILL decide to order from him knowing all this. For the past month I've taken quite a few orders for him and let them all know no matter how big or small the order, it could take a few months to ship out and they ALL were fine with it.
It's simple, if you order from Robert you will receive top notch quality products that work perfect and it might take a while to receive them, and that's why people order from him. Anyone can take a refund in full at anytime, but they choose not to, they choose to wait because as others have said "Yep it took a while to get my motor or my parts but damn **** it was all worth it in the end."
Like I said, If Bryan wants a refund that's perfectly fine and he can have his refund but if he chooses to wait for his order to be completed there's no need to start threads like this trying to create problems when there shouldn't be any.
In regards to this:

That is not poor service at all, customers are well informed of the wait time and expectancy when ordering from Rotary Shack so for them to create a fuss about it later down the line prior to already know what the deal is, that's their issue. Those who have waited and received their parts have NEVER had a complaint, and if by chance there was one issue it would be corrected immediately but I've yet to see that happen.

the thing that sucks is that ive built houses in a shorter period of time.it shounldnt take six months or longer to recieve anything that my friend is poor business.well when i got fed up and tiered of waiting i called the bbb rob has a realy bad score.he has a f thats pretty bad he had like 5 disputes and 3 un resolved transactions so all i have to say is robert send the rest of my parts or refund me for the hybrid turbo $600 the locked dis 100 and for my oil lines or you just could send my parts.
for the people wanting to buy parts from this guy good luck and hope your ready to wait 5 months to a year to receive your parts....

Damn straight, Chris has waited WAY longer then ANYONE has for his car to be finished by Robert but in the end he couldn't have been more pleased. Good looking engine bay Chris

i dont care how long it took him to finish his car. my car been sitin in my garage for sixs months and thats long enough.there is no excuse. i pm you all the time and you never reply the same for robert.tell him to call mme 865 307 5404

hey whats up?first of all wanted to say i love the intake kit rob sent and the s5 manifold but i still havent recieved my hybrid turbo,locked dis,oil lines and a linkage for my carb could you find something out for me thanks.
This was your second PM after which point I spoke with Robert and he said that over the past 5 month's you had added/changed your order so it was taking a bit longer. Robert said he has spoken with you before before he sent you the intake kit as well as after but you fail to mention all the details on your end in your posts here. Robert will get in contact with you on here or via phone today or tomorrow and you can go from there. Thanks.
